Your Sites Description-
Avoid Generalisation & Your description should focus on one specific product. Now the begining of your description is very important & you have to concerntrate your most important keyword there only. Make sure your description is going to describe your sites subject in details. You want your potential visitors to know exactly what you're offering. Keep your description less than 200 characters.
Keywords-
Keyword Phrases are the most important area where you have to concerntrate.
Heading Tag-
The text displayed within the "Heading" tags, search engine pays close attention to that only. So Place your most important keyword phrase within a "Heading" tag.
Graphic Alt Tags -
Place a readable keyword phrase within your graphic "Alt" tags.
Text-
